Do you ever wonder what it's like to live in one of the most energetic and unique places in town? Do you wish you could peek inside one of the condos in the M2 Building and stand on the balcony admiring the expansive view? Do you look at the historic buildings and want to check out the new renovations?
This self-guided tour is your chance to do all of that and more! Tourists will have the opportunity to view an M2 Condo, check out a renovated and modern apartment in an historic building as well as sample food and drinks from a variety of Downtown restaurants!
Home-owners and rental agencies will be on hand to give show off the living spaces and answer questions.
You must register and purchase tickets to participate in this tour. Tourists will check in with Champaign Center Partnership staff to receive their wrist band. Wrist bands must be worn at all times while touring. Check-in will be located in One Main Plaza.
$10 early-bird ticket (Register before April 22nd)
$15 week of tour ticket (Register by April 29th)
$20 walk up ticket (Register day of tour)
April 8th and 9th
A walking tour of the Downtown and Midtown districts with stops at businesses and venues hosting visual and performing artists. Featured artists will be in attendance where possible. Also featuring the Public Art League’s rotating sculpture program.
Saturday's tour will end with a specialty cocktail at new Downtown restaurant, Watson's Chicken Shack. Drink included in price of ticket. Tour only ticket also available.

Tours will begin in the breezeway of the M2 Building at 301 N. Neil St.

Pub Tours are held during U of I's breaks when we have Campus all to ourselves.
